The Service aggregates event information from publicly available third-party sources. We do not own, control, or endorse any events listed on the Service. Event details including dates, times, venues, prices, and availability are provided for informational purposes only and may be inaccurate or out of date.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or disappointment resulting from your reliance on event listings or your attendance at any event discovered through the Service. You should verify event details directly with the event organizer or venue before attending. Tryna Go is not responsible for the actions, conduct, or safety of any user or third party in connection with any event or meetup arranged through the Service. You assume all risk associated with meeting other users in person.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality — including but not limited to the Tryna Go name, logo, design, source code, and user interface — are and remain the exclusive property of Tryna Go and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials without our prior written consent.

Event content aggregated from third-party sources remains the property of the respective owners. We do not claim ownership of third-party event data.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any event listings or other content provided through the Service. The Service is currently in early access and may contain bugs, errors, or interruptions. Features may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TRYNA GO AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• ·Your use of or inability to use the Service;
• ·Any event you attend, plan, or purchase as a result of using the Service;
• ·Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data;
• ·Any conduct or content of any third party on or linked from the Service.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Tryna Go and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last Updated" date and, where appropriate, providing notice via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Tryna Go with respect to your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
